TERMS CONDITIONS

YOUR ONLY LIMITED BY YOUR IMAGINATION *and mine*

You can have any of your favourite photos, pictures, poems, kids drawings on the mug. I can do Name meanings, Astrology signs, jokes, or choose from many pictures I have personally taken of sunsets and more.

Once you have purchased your item/items all you have to do is: send me your photo, picture, poem, what ever you want with instructions on any text, colours, frames or Logo you want on your mug or choose from any of my samples.

Once payment is received I will design your item.

*While payment is being processed, I will start designing your item.*

BEFORE I print it on to your image, I will email you the design so you can make any last minute changes and make sure that this is what you want. Then I will sublimate your mug using a high heat press, which will embed your picture into the mug. This will NOT wash off and is microwave and dishwasher safe.

Please ensure that any picture you send is clear and not too dark with a DPI of 300.......no less.......it will turn out pixely if you have to enlarge anything.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any photo you send will be deleted after you have received your mug. I will not distribute your picture to anyone in real life OR on the web. I will ask your permission first if I can use your mug design as a sample to others BUT only if I have your written permission.

Postage:

I make sure that all items are carefully wrapped for postage however please note that accidents and breakages do occur on occasion, so please if this happens please contact me ASAP.

If you would like a postage quote, please email me your POSTCODE and what items you would like to purchase and quantity and I will work out the costs, so you know before you purchase.

The quicker you send me your emails, or what you would like on the mug, the turn around after payment is processed is usually within 48 hours.

After full payment has been received, I will leave feedback. I am happy to combine items to save on postage for you. I will not be held responsible for lost items, if you are worried than please take out item insurance at your expense.

Payment Details:

I prefer PAYPAL or BANK DEPOSIT however I do accept Money Orders and can arrange for local pick up with cash on pickup.

*Please Note* Bank Deposit & PayPal Payments may take up to 3 days to appear so please consider this.

Returns:

I cannot accept returns as these are personalised items so please make sure that you are happy with the final drafts before they are done.
